At Profection Coaching, we value your time and commitment. We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes, changes are inevitable. Therefore, we have created a cancellation policy that respects both our clients and our professionals.
Cancellation Before the 24-hour Grace Period
If you need to cancel your appointment, you may do so without any penalty as long as you cancel within the 24-hour grace period before the scheduled appointment time. You will have the opportunity to reschedule the cancelled session once without any additional charge. This rescheduling option can only be used once per session; if the rescheduled session is cancelled again, you will lose that session.
Cancellation Outside of the 24-hour Grace Period
If you cancel your appointment outside of the 24-hour grace period, you will forfeit that session. This means you will not be able to reschedule or refund the session.
No Exceptions
Please note that this policy is strict and we do not make exceptions, regardless of the reason for cancellation. We believe this policy is fair and allows us to maintain a high level of service for all our clients.
